Motorola has entered in the market with its latest smart phone device called as ‘Charm’ in India at 25 August 2010. This phone is available with Android as the base operating system, QWERTY keyboard and social networking features. Charm was supposed to be launched in July but due to uncovering of some problems concerning the battery backup time, the handset launched in August. Motorola Charm with motoblur inserts the social ability and workability which the consumers are looking for. Because of these facilities, consumer can syncs contacts, messages, photos on various social networking sites, and has one-touch social media uploads to Facebook, MySpace, Picasa and PhotoBucket sites.


It offers you to sight the newest happenings with the Motoblur Happening Widget, or you can also track the messages from the Message Wizard. It has QWERTY keyboard and backtrack navigation pad, located on the back of the smartphone directly behind the home screen. This is parallel to a laptop touch panel and enables an unhindered view of the Web, texts, e-mails and news feeds. It is the first device in the US market that enters with motoblur built on Android 2.1 operating system. The phone is accessible in US with T-Mobile USA; Inc.

In India, the price of this phone is around Rs. 15000.

    in Canada you only get one battery not two like in the U.S.A. my carrier has already had to put two new battery in my charm. that did not work. they gave me a new charm it seems to be doing a bit better. i tried phoning Motorola all i got was support and they would not let me talk to the warranty department . they said it was my carrier problem they will not honor their warranty if not happy with purchase with in a month you money back guarantee . i am pretty piss at Motorola well not deal with them anymore they love taking you money they have a pretty good scam go on.not happy with the charm cell phone
