Karur Vysya Bank (KVB) has declared its 2010 recruitment for clerk at www.kvb.co.in. Interested candidates can apply online at Karur Vysya Bank official website until 25th September, 2010. The selection process will consist of a written examination which will be held at selected centres in Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Tamilnadu. Recently, the bank has not announced the actual date of examination.
Privately held Indian bank, Karur Vysya headquartered in Karur in Tamil Nadu. It was established in 1916 by M. A. Venkatarama Chettiar and Athi Krishna Chettiar. The bank has over 335 branches in all over the countries – about 45 of them are in rural areas. The bank has installed 275 ATMs across the country. The branches are powered with core banking solution and it also provides mobile banking and internet banking facilities to its customers.

Educational qualification: Any Bachelor degree from a college affiliated to a recognized University with 50 % of marks. Candidates having major other than computer science should possess a minimum 3 months Computer Course from a well recognized Institution.
Application fee: Rs. 300/- for General and Rs.100/- for SC/ST candidates. The fee is only paid by demand draft which drawn in favour of The Karur Vysya Bank Limited and payable at Chennai only. The Candidates should bring the demand draft while appearing for written test. It will be collected in the exam hall.
