On 7th September 2010, Trade Union Wings of all Major Parties have planned for Bharat bandh to Protest Spiraling Prices at a meeting of the major Trade Union Wings which was held on Thursday. At that time it was decided that a 24-hour Bharat bandh would be organized in all over India crippling crucial sectors like telecom, banking, transport and mining.

According to Trade Union sources, a new feature of the September strike would be the participation of the Congress-affiliated INTUC. For the TU council spearheading the strike effort, INTUC chief as well as MP D Sanjeeva Reddy have been appointed as convener.

I hope Reddy will fight our battle within Congress as well,” said AITUC leader and CPI MP Gurudas Dasgupta.

The other issues the strike will focus on are the government’s `flawed’ economic policy, disinvestment in the PSUs and the `unkept promise’ of a welfare scheme for the unorganised sector.

Bharat Bandh (All India Bandh) on 7th September is been called by Maoists all over the nation. Tell you that 90% of the people think Bharat Bandh as a useless weapon but still it is being used and it finally leads to the losses to economy itself.

Now what happens on 7th September is still a mystery but hope that people may oppose it and the Bhrata Bandh should not affect our Economy.
