More than a dozen of the nation’s top retailers have already announced that they’ll open their doors for shoppers on Thanksgiving Day itself – with some stores opening as early as 6am! Moreover, these retailers have put on some of their best deals on this day. At the same time, other stores have chosen to stick with the tradition of kicking off the holiday season on Friday.

Toy ‘R’ Us: From 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day until 11 p.m. on Black Friday.
JC Penney: From 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving through 10 p.m. on Friday.
Best Buy: 5 p.m. – 1 a.m. on Thanksgiving and 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. on Friday.
Target: Starting from 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, stores will remain open until midnight on Black Friday.
Walmart: Most stores will open at 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day and will remain open 24 hours through the holidays.
Macy’s: Will open at 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving and stay open through 10 p.m. on Black Friday.
Sears: From 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving until 10 p.m. on Friday.
Kohl’s: From 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving until midnight Friday.
Kmart: Opening at 6 a.m. on Thanksgiving, stores will stay open for 42 hours until Friday midnight.
Home Depot: Closed on Thanksgiving; stores will open at 5 a.m. on Black Friday and will stay open until the usual closing time.
Lowe’s: Closed on Thanksgiving; 5 a.m. to regular closing time on Black Friday.
Ulta: Opens at 8 p.m. on Thanksgiving.
Staples: Opening at 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving, stores will close at 10 p.m. and then reopen at 6 a.m. on Black Friday.
Sports Authority: 6 p.m. – Midnight on Thursday, and 6 a.m. – 10 p.m. on Friday.
Big lots: Stores will be open from 7 a.m. until midnight on Thanksgiving and will reopen at 6 a.m. on Friday.
