Christina Aguilera aka Xtina was arrested with her boyfriend Matthew Rutler in early morning of Tuesday, March 1 in West Hollywood. She was charged for public intoxication and her boyfriend was charged for driving under the influence. Reportedly, Christina was not prosecuted by Sheriff Department so she released but her 25-year-old boy friend was released on bail.
