Application form should contain recent passport size color photograph and should be signed across by the candidate. At the time of interview, candidate should have same three photos. Along with application form, candidates require to enclose attested true copies All Certificates/Testimonials in respect of qualifications, Caste/Tribe certificate, and Date of Birth proof, Experience certificates / Documents issued by the Employer in support of experience, NOC /Forwarding Letter from the employer, etc. of the following testimonials / documents along with their application.
